first go at patchwork

I have been wanting to try and do something with the leftover fabric I've accumulated over time. After watching some videos on youtube and reading blogs with lots and lots of inspirational ideas I have finally made my very first quilt. Yes, it's small but I am quite happy with the result. Next time I'll make one big enough to cover my bed! And I definetely need to make cushions to go with it!
Oh, I have now realised that my sewing machine might be a bit basic for this kind of work... But it will have to do for now.
